Domestic Production (Wholesale Blanks with Embroidery):
Standard turnaround time is 15–20 business days from artwork approval and order confirmation. This applies to popular blank brands such as Richardson, Otto Cap, and others.
Cut & Sew Scrappy Apparel Products:
For fully custom, cut and sew Scrappy Apparel products, the production time is approximately 45 business days, not including shipping or customs clearance.

What are the advantages of domestic vs. cut and sew hat production?

Both production methods offer unique benefits depending on your needs:

Domestic Production (Blanks with Embroidery):
Ideal for faster turnarounds and smaller quantities, domestic production typically takes 15–20 business days. You’ll have access to trusted blank brands like Richardson and Otto Cap, with high-quality embroidery and dependable delivery times.
Cut & Sew Scrappy Apparel Hats:
While the production time is longer (approximately 45 business days), cut and sew offers a lower cost per hat at higher volumes and the highest level of customization—including unique fabrics, custom closures, interior labels, and one-of-a-kind designs made from scratch.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

We don’t offer samples as standalone products, but we do provide pre-production samples as an option for customers who place bulk orders. This allows you to review the final product before full production begins.
