How Fulfillment Costs Work

1. Scrappy Management Fees
Scrappy charges a management fee based on the fulfillment program selected. This covers program oversight, coordination, billing review, issue resolution, and dedicated support.

2. Fulfillment & Warehousing Costs
Receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, packaging, returns, and other warehouse services are billed by Scrappy based on the rates of the selected fulfillment partner and actual usage.

3. Shipping & Freight
Parcel shipping, courier services, LTL freight, and other transportation costs are billed by Scrappy based on the services required.

4. Specialized Services
Kitting, labeling, custom packaging, retail-ready prep, B2B projects, and other value-added services may carry additional charges based on scope.

Scrappy provides one consolidated billing relationship for management, fulfillment, and shipping while coordinating directly with the selected 3PL partner.

It depends on how your apparel program moves. Merch Drops fits a timed campaign sold through Scrappy.Shop. Uniform Management fits recurring workforce apparel orders. Tour & Event Merchandise fits Scrappy-made merch shipping to multiple stops or venues. Retail & E-Commerce Programs fits brands that need retail-ready delivery or ongoing DTC fulfillment. How Does Uniform Management Pricing Work?

The management fee starts at $299 and scales with headcount, number of locations, and program complexity. Fulfillment and shipping costs are billed separately based on actual usage.

Why Is Tour & Event Pricing Custom?

Every tour and event program has different stop counts, shipment sizes, and replenishment needs. We scope each one so pricing matches the work. Tour & Event fulfillment covers Scrappy-manufactured merchandise only.

Can you prepare product for my own 3PL or a retailer?

es. Through our Retail & E-Commerce Programs, we polybag, barcode-label, and prepare Scrappy-manufactured apparel to your vendor or 3PL receiving guidelines, then ship it directly to them.

Is Managed E-Commerce right for my brand?

Managed E-Commerce is for select apparel brands that manufacture with Scrappy and have defined product and shipping parameters. It is not general pick-and-pack. Use "Check If You Qualify" and we'll review fit.

What's The Difference Between Merch Drops And Managed E-Commerce?

Merch Drops is built for a single timed campaign — inventory, fulfillment, and shipping tied to one drop with a start and end date. Managed E-Commerce is ongoing — Scrappy manages your 3PL relationship, inventory, and fulfillment continuously as your store operates month over month. If you're launching one collection, Merch Drops fits. If you need standing fulfillment support for an apparel program you manufacture with us, Managed E-Commerce fits.
