Required Order Information
Custom orders will not begin processing until payment has been submitted and paid in full. We accept all credit and debit cards. For certain orders we may request a wire transfer. Orders must be paid in full to start the order. Turnaround time does not begin until Scrappy Apparel Company receives your payment in full unless approved in writing by an authorized Scrappy Apparel Company staff member.
Estimates provided by Scrappy Apparel Company expire 10 days from the date they were created.
Specific Imprint Placement
The imprint placement will be specified on your mockup. The location definitions are listed on our technical details templates. Precise location will slightly differ on each garment. Imprints may be off by as much as 1 inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint or non-conforming good and Scrappy Apparel will not reprint, correct, or issue a refund for these shirts.
Customer specified print sizes must meet our imprint guidelines. Designs will be sized for the smallest sized garment within an order. If you require the artwork to be adjusted for different shirt sizes this must be specified at the time of your order. Otherwise, all garments will receive the same size imprint. Ex: An order containing both youth and adult sized garments that are to receive the same imprint will be sized for the smallest youth sized garment unless customer approves runoff.
Order Changes After Payment
Any change to your order or artwork that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $50.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is important that you do not place your order until you are certain it is final.
Cancellations and Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after an order has been placed and paid for will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered, No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun on the order.
EXCEPT FOR THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, SCRAPPY APPAREL MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
SCRAPPY APPAREL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO CUSTOMER UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SAME AND SCRAPPY APPAREL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, IN THE AGGREGATE, TO CUSTOMER IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER TO SCRAPPY APPAREL IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARTICULAR ORDER OF GOODS GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Without limiting any disclaimers in this Terms and Conditions policy:
- Scrappy Apparel does not accept responsibility for apparel manufacturing issues out of its control (e.g., Dyed garments affecting discharge imprint colors, significant shrinking of the garments, sizing issues, stitching issues, construction issues). Scrappy Apparel is not responsible for third party manufacturer defects such as construction errors (Stitching errors), color inconsistencies, garment defects, and mislabeled garments. Garments that are over-dyed (the manufacturer takes a previously dyed garment and over-dyes it another color to relieve themselves of excess inventory, correct colors, etc.) can affect color consistency of our discharge and hybrid printing and as a result we cannot guarantee color consistency from shirt to shirt when printing orders with these types of inks. Accordingly, to the extent garments provided by Scrappy Apparel are not manufactured by Scrappy Apparel, Scrappy Apparel cannot ensure their construction or the quality thereof.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that Scrappy Apparel relies on customer’s written approval, modifications, or requests of specifications and any samples, images, or descriptions related thereto that are either requested or approved by customer. To the extent Scrappy Apparel does manufacture garments provided by Scrappy Apparel, Scrappy Apparel does not warrant, and shall not be responsible for ensuring, that such garments meet the customer’s requirements once the specifications related thereto are approved or requested by customer.
Garment Selection and Satisfaction
Scrappy Apparel is available to counsel customers to help you select a garment that matches your needs. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to make the final decision on what garment to use. Scrappy Apparel will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the artwork printed if the specifications substantially conform with the approved pre-production artwork proof specifications.
Most custom apparel orders are completed in 10 business days from customer payment. Production turnaround is greatly determined by the complexity of the project. This does not include company holidays, days in transit or custom art time. Orders requiring special finishing options may take more time. If you require your items by a specific date please discuss this with your Scrappy Representative at the time of your order.
We ship all orders UPS Ground unless customer specifies otherwise. We provide free UPS ground shipping on apparel orders to most retail clients. Scrappy Apparel cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
We do accept rush orders when we are capable of producing them. Please ask a sales associate before assuming we can provide you with this service. Rush orders must be paid in full upon sales order and art approval. You may not cancel a rush order once your order is placed. Exact quantities are not available on 1 day rush orders.
Change orders are generally not accepted once an order is approved. Ex: A day after you place your order you decide you would like to change designs, garment colors, garment quantities or garment sizes. In the event management accepts your change order, your scheduled due date will also change and you may incur extra charges. These charges may include but are not limited to shipping, art, embroidery digitizing and general processing.
Cancellations of approved orders will be subject to any fees incurred in processing your order. Rush orders may not be canceled. All cancellations must be made by written request.
Returns / Refund
Customer shall notify Scrappy Apparel within 48 hours of any defective or misprinted items. Such items must be submitted back to Scrappy Apparel within seven (7) business days from customer’s receipt of such items for an inspection by Scrappy Apparel. In the event defect or misprints exist, Scrappy Apparel will either, at its sole discretion and cost, (i) cure the defects and return to customer conforming goods; or (ii) refund the amounts paid by customer directly to Scrappy Apparel for such goods and the costs of shipping such nonconforming goods to customer. In the event a defect or misprint exists, Scrappy Apparel will provide either such remedy, at its sole discretion, within seven (7) business days from receipt of such non-conforming goods. In the event no such defect or misprint exits, customer shall bear the cost of returning the alleged nonconforming items to Scrappy Apparel and reimburse Scrappy Apparel for the costs of shipping such items back to customer. Scrappy Apparel is under no obligation to cure any alleged nonconformities or honor any other warranty claim made by customer if customer fails to comply with the notice and return time requirements set forth above. Without limiting any disclaimer of warranty hereunder, Scrappy Apparel is not required to correct and shall not be responsible for any non-conformities resulting from or including defective or misprinted items supplied by customers. All returns and refunds must be approved by Scrappy Apparel management. The foregoing remedy for non-conforming goods shall be customer’s exclusive remedies under this Terms and Conditions policy or otherwise in connection with goods and services provided by Scrappy Apparel.
Scrappy Apparel Company LLC will not be held responsible for spoilage up to 3% for orders over 144 units per design or 5% for orders under 144 units per design. Percentages are based on number of imprints rather than number of garments. “Exact Quantity” is available on standard orders for an up-charge, contact us for details. We will only bill for finished and un-defected products. Imprints on flawed items supplied by customers will be billed. Extra production time will be needed in the event we need to replace any items. Scrappy Apparel Company will not be responsible for damages such as profit loss on spoiled or defective products. We can not replace customer supplied items from vendors that we do not do have accounts with. Ex: Retail Stores. Any customer supplied items such as these are supplied at the customer’s own risk. We highly encourage our customers to purchase products from us. In the event your orders require exact quantities we encourage you to purchase extra pieces.
This Terms and Conditions policy is a binding agreement between Scrappy Apparel and customer. If customer does not wish to agree hereto, customer should not order or purchase the goods or services of Scrappy Apparel, whether directly or indirectly on behalf of a third party. Upon the earlier of clicking “agree” to this policy or ordering goods or services from Scrappy Apparel, you, as the customer, agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions policy.
